Shipping

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All US orders will ship for a flat rate cost depending on what level you choose at checkout. Shipping ranges from $8 to $25. Any orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.

We will usually ship you package out within 48 hours unless purchased on the weekend, in which case they will be shipped on Monday.

About Us

Bigdaddyfoo and Ginja7 are Twitch streamers who stream a variety of games in a family friendly environment. When you tune in, you might catch them playing games, breaking packs, cooking, or doing one of their creative/IRL hobbies.

You might catch their 2 cats on stream from time to time, their names are Luigi and Midna. Feel free to say hello if you see them.

Policies

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at biggdaddyfoo@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Chargebacks:

By purchasing from Bigdaddyfoo and Ginja7 you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Any individual who initiates a chargeback for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed. All actions and communications on the live stream will be recorded.
